Instant apps for Android
Pour the water and ready – we all know the writing on instant dishes, right? How about instant applications for Android? Instant Apps were presented at the conference Google I / O. In this case „instant” it is „immediately”, not requiring installation. The idea is to combine the characteristics of web applications with classic applications for Android that are installed – on the separation of application appropriately small fragments to fire in immediately, without having to look to Google Play. Such applications will be available when you click a link on the website.
The first few applications have already entered a phase of closed testing. These include BuzzFeed, Wish, Periscope and Viki. A new kind of applications open up a whole new market of useful small programs available “on the spot” – it is an idea to provide users with useful function when there is no need to install the entire, often large applications only to perform an action. As an example – a situation where we’re going to another city. However, this is a one-time trip. On-site we want to pay for parking from phone. Currently, you need to download and install on your smartphone urban application to use the parking lot, only to be after a single use to uninstall it. Using Instant Apps, being on the spot, simply click on one link or approaching the phone to bitcoin… and thats it. The application is done “on the fly”, the payment made, and the application disappears from the phone itself. From the assumptions Instant Apps may connect the speed of web pages of the benefits of using the installed applications.
On the technical side, so the application can be “instant” must be divided into small units (or “pulverized” applications – however absurd it sounds), so that their small part to fire in as quickly as possible, without having to access the entire application.
