WCAG 2.1 Helper – Windows Edition
I present the WCAG 2.1 Helper application, which replaces my older WCAG 2.0 Helper application. The new application has been written from scratch, significantly expanded and equipped with new functions. It provides the widest range of website adaptation analysis to the WCAG 2.1 standard (up to the AAA level) on the market. The new, extensive engine and advanced algorithms that I have developed meant that this time there will be no mobile version, but only a desktop version – WCAG 2.1 Helper is a desktop application designed for Windows 10. You can download it for free from the Microsoft Store.
The application provides over 180 automated tests and analyzes for website compliance with the WCAG 2.1 specification and is intended for the analysis of websites and internet applications published mainly in Polish (PL). You can try to test the pages in English or in other European languages, but treat the results as uncertain. WCAG 2.1 also mentions the language comprehensibility of the website as one of the conditions – the application algorithms analyze the Polish language and are not written to analyze other languages.
